Directions

From the north

  1. Take Interstate 91 South to Exit 7 (Springfield Center, Columbus Ave).
  2. Go straight through the lights.
  3. At the second set of lights, turn left onto State Street.
  4. Follow State Street for one block to Main Street. Our office is located on the corner of State & Main Street, next to United Bank.

From the south

  1. Take Interstate 91 North to Exit 6 (Springfield Center).
  2. Follow East Columbus Ave. to the second set of lights.
  3. Turn right onto State Street.
  4. Follow State Street for one block to Main Street. PDMCPC is located on the corner of State & Main Street, next to United Bank.

From the east

  1. Take Interstate 90 (Mass Pike) to Exit 6 towards I-291.
  2. Turn left onto I-291 West.
  3. Follow I-291 toward Springfield.
  4. Keep right and take exit 1A toward I-91 South towards Hartford, CT.
  5. Take Union Street/Basketball Hall of Fame exit and turn left at the lights onto Union Street.
  6. At the first set of lights, turn left onto East Columbus Ave.
  7. Follow East Columbus Ave. to State Street and turn right.
  8. Follow State Street for one block to Main Street. PDMCPC is located on the corner of State & Main Street, next to United Bank.

From the west

  1. Take I-90 East (Mass Pike) to exit 4 toward I-91 (Springfield).
  2. Take the exit left toward I-91 South (Springfield).
  3. Follow Interstate 91 South to Exit 7 (Springfield Center, Columbus Ave).
  4. Go straight through the lights.
  5. At the second set of lights, turn left onto State Street.
  6. Follow State Street for one block to Main Street. Our office is located on the corner of State & Main Street, next to United Bank.
