Kevin G. Murphy
Attorney Murphy graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 1974 and Western New England School of Law in 1978. Upon admission to the Masschusetts Bar, he became an Assistant District Attorney in the Hampden County District Attorney's Office and served as a prosecuting attorney until 1985, handling felony prosecutions. In 1985, he joined Allen, Dusel, Murphy, & Fennell, concentrating in civil and criminal litigation in both State and Federal Courts. Atty. Murphy joined PDMCPC in January of 1998 and concentrates in the trial of insurance defense matters, including those relative to municipal liability, motor tort, premises liability, and products liability. Atty. Murphy also represents plantiffs in personal injury actions and criminal defendants in all courts.
