Joseph P. Dusel
Atty. Dusel graduated from St. Anselm College in 1972 and Western New England School of Law in 1978. Since 1979, he has handled numerous matters involving civil litigation, real estate, commercial and business law. He has served as counsel to a number of business clients providing representation in the areas of commercial borrowing, leasing, business litigation, real estate, zoning, and administrative and business acquisitions and transfers. Atty. Dusel presently concentrates in the areas of commercial and business law and litigation, commercial leasing, and commercial and residential real estate and loan transactions, probate administration and litigation, and administrative law. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, the United States District Court of Massachusetts, United States Court of Appeals, First Circuit, United States District Court, District of Connecticut.
