Thomas E. Casartello
Attorney Casartello is a graduate of Western New England College School of Law and Western New England College School of Business. He served with the Law Department of the City of Springfield, Massachusetts, and worked on the defense of personal injury and civil rights claims against the City. After his general practice of law with the Law Offices of Matroni, Dimauro, Fitzgerald & Sweeney, in 1988, he joined the litigation department of Ryan & White, P.C., devoting much of his time to defending civil and workers' compensation matters. In 1992, he joined the law firm of Pellegrini & Seeley, P.C., concentrating on the litigation of civil and workers' compensation matters, representing primarily plantiffs. He joined PDMCPC in 1997. Attorney Casartello has extensive experience representing clients before administrative courts including the Social Security Administration, the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents, and the Massachusetts Department of Employment and Training. He has also represented clients before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Since joining the firm, Attorney Casartello continues to be involved in civil litigation and workers' compensation matters, representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
